Data we collect. When you use a form on this site or the checklist download page, we receive only what you type in: your name, your contact handle (Telegram / WhatsApp / email) and your message. We do not collect payment data on this site.

How we use it. Solely to reply to your request, plan your onboarding and, if you ask, send you the checklist PDF. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Storage. Requests are stored in our email and messenger accounts with reasonable security measures. Write to hello@cnbase.pro at any time to request deletion of your data.

Analytics. This site uses Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, device type, country). These tools set cookies; you may block them in your browser settings without losing site functionality.

External links. The news ticker and some links lead to third-party sites (e.g., PRC.today). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

CNBase is a private mentoring and accompaniment service. We provide practical, experience-based guidance on daily life in China: housing search support, registration procedures, app onboarding and cultural adaptation.

CNBase is not a travel agency, a law firm, an immigration consultant or a financial advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, immigration, tax or investment advice. Rules and prices in China change; official decisions are made solely by PRC authorities and institutions.
